In compliance with directives from the Director General, Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa, the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has issued notices to four unauthorized housing schemes. High Life City, SSJ Marketing, Wah Hills, and Amman Scheme are now under scrutiny as the RDA intensifies efforts against illegal developments.
Operation Against Four Unauthorized Housing Schemes
The Metropolitan Planning and Traffic Engineering (MP&TE) Directorate of RDA dispatched notices to the owners of these schemes, including Malik Ayaz Khanzada, Malik Junaid Ayaz, Saqib Tanoli, Abid Nawaz Qureshi, Haji Abul Wahab Khan, Ghulam Shabir, and Abrar Hussain. These schemes were identified in Taxila tehsil (High Life City, SSJ Marketing, and Wah Hills) and on Chakri Road Rawalpindi (Amman Scheme).
The DG has further instructed the Director MP&TE to crack down on illegal advertisements and marketing associated with these schemes.
