One Window Repairs Completed by CDA

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has completed all necessary construction and repair work at the One Window Facility, enhancing services for residents under the direction of Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa. The working hours of the One Window operation have been extended from 9 am to 9 pm to better serve citizens, according to a news release.

In line with these improvements, additional desks have been established to increase convenience for federal capital residents. Special information counters and comprehensive service counters for all CDA-provided facilities have been set up. Additionally, the CDA has initiated the digitisation of records to ensure swift complaint resolution and efficient provision of services under one roof.

The enhancements aim to streamline operations and provide a more efficient and user-friendly experience for residents.
