CDA to Establish Three One Window Centres in Islamabad

One Window Centres

Residents of Islamabad will soon enjoy a range of services under one roof, as the Capital Development Authority (CDA) is establishing three mega one window centres in the city. Aimed at streamlining access to essential services, these centers will be located in G-11, G-7, and Kahuta.

Each center will feature twelve counters for various CDA services and twelve counters for services from NADRA, police, FBR, and passport services. Part of the Islamabad Digitalization Plan, this initiative will enhance service efficiency and accessibility through digital integration.

The first center at the G-7 CDA Facilitation Center is already under upgrade and will serve as a model for the others. Once operational, these centers will offer services like identity card issuance, license and passport processing, property tax payments, vehicle registrations, and utility bill payments. They will also facilitate FIR registrations and other complaints.

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has directed the CDA to expedite these projects to improve public service delivery in Islamabad, reducing bureaucratic delays and enhancing efficiency.
