During the operations, the enforcement squad sealed site offices and demolished the main gates, boundary walls, billboards, and other infrastructure associated with these illegal schemes. Additionally, illegal constructions on Plot No. 522, Phase-II, Gulraiz Housing Scheme, were demolished after prior notices were issued to the plot owners, Ilyas and Muhammad Jamal.

The spokesman emphasized that the crackdown, launched under the supervision of Commissioner Rawalpindi Division Muhammad Abdul Aamer Khattak, Director General (DG) RDA Kinza Murtaza, Additional DG RDA, Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi, and City Police Officer Rawalpindi, will continue without discrimination. This ongoing effort reflects the RDA’s commitment to maintaining lawful development practices and protecting citizens from fraudulent housing schemes.
