Encroachment Drive

The Capital Development Authority (CDA), under the directives of Chairman Chaudhary Muhammad Ali Randhawa, intensified its anti-encroachment drive on illegal constructions, encroachments, and violations of building bylaws across the city.

In a series of operations conducted on Friday, CDA authorities sealed 25 illegal buildings and issued a warning to a private housing society. Among the areas targeted was Jinnah Garden Extension, where strict action was taken against violations of the layout plan (LOP). Roads and entrances constructed beyond the approved LOP were promptly removed.
