CDA Chairman Orders Action Against Defaulters of Commercial Properties

Defaulters of Commercial Properties

Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa has directed immediate action against defaulters of commercial properties purchased through CDA auctions. During a meeting at CDA Headquarters on Wednesday, attended by senior CDA officers, Randhawa emphasized the need to cancel allotments of such properties as per legal protocols.

Randhawa highlighted that defaulters had been given ample opportunities to pay their dues, including extended hours for the CDA One Window Operations Directorate and multiple notices and advertisements. Despite these efforts, non-compliant properties will now face cancellation.
