CDA chairman urges payment compliance to retain allotments of auctioned plots

The Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), Chaudhry Muhammad Ali Randhawa, has issued a stern warning to successful bidders of plots in Islamabad, urging them to ensure timely payment of dues to avoid the cancellation of their allotments, as reported on May 10.

According to the directives issued by Randhawa, allottees must adhere to the specified payment deadlines to retain their property allotments and leases. Emphasizing the importance of timely payments, he underscored the need for compliance with the stipulated timeframe to avoid any adverse consequences.

Furthermore, Chairman Randhawa directed officials to proactively address any outstanding payment issues with the Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), ensuring smooth transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
